Returns
Brkox has a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days to return the product if it is defective after purchase. We firmly believe that a good shopping experience will make customers come back to us again.
Damage and defect issues
Please inspect your product after receiving your order. If the product is defective, damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will refund or re-ship the product to you based on your situation.
Free cancellation of orders within 2 days
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are not en route to your order address, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 2 days for any reason, without any justifiable cause.(Note: Only applies if your order has not been shipped.)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Issues arising after receipt that are not due to product quality defects.
- Sale items, unless they arrive damaged or defective
- Custom items, unless they arrive damaged or defective
How to Request a Return
To request a return, email us at support@brkox.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
We usually respond within 1–2 business days.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions. Approved returns should be sent to the following address:

Once your return is approved, please send the item back within 15 days and email us the tracking number.
Return Shipping
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at support@brkox.com.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours of placing it.
To cancel an order, please contact us at support@brkox.com with your order number.
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still return it after delivery by following the return process above.
